When should you call us right away?
Please contact us right away if you experience any of the following situations:

• Water intrusion from plumbing, windows or roof.

• Loss of water for situations under our control.

• Complete loss of hot water.

• Complete loss of electrical power, for situation under our control.

• Sewer back up or spilling during the first year of ownership.

• Security issues: Exterior door or window locks not operating correctly.

• HVAC - loss of air condition or heating system not functioning correctly.

• Gas leaks in the home.

• Anytime there is damage to a finish resulting from a warranty issue.

For emergency situations we will respond within 24 hours of receipt of your request. For

When should you submit a warranty request?
1 Year Tune Up:

For other issues such as cosmetic paint touch up, floor squeaks, interior door adjustment,
etc. Please submit a complete list on the warranty request form by mail or email. Only
written requests will be accepted.

You can expect a response from us within 2 business days for the warranty request forms
for cosmetic issues. We will then do assessment within 15 business days, and we strive
for resolution of the issue within 30 business days. However, we can not always control
issues such as long lead times or back orders on replacement parts, schedules of
subcontractors etc.
