Twin Creeks is a large multi-use development (1500 dwelling units plus a sizable commercial area proposed on 230 acres) located just northwest of the city center of the Rogue River Valley town of Central Point, Oregon. Home construction began in 2001 and a 10-year-old build-out is projected. Extensive community involvement including a number of town meetings and informational mailings preceded the formal presentation of the plan to the town’s planning commission.
